Last week, I drove from Pune to Karnataka, covering most of the ruins of the erstwhile Chalukyan and Vijayanagaran empires. Places included Badami, Aihole, Mahakoota, Pattadakkal, Lakkundi, Hampi, and Alegundi. I have been terribly busy and I am yet to work on my Stok Kangri travelogue but I promise to upload these pictures soon, and work on both travelogues simultaneously!
